New urgent role working with a tier 1 main contractor on an ongoing freelance contract.

Candidates need to have previous experience working on large scale education projects and able to start asap.

Responsible for scheduling the crane and hoist usage on site in order to deliver materials to work faces
Organisation of the weekly/monthly deliveries to site (times, dates, special dispensation/requirements, notifiable loads)
Key on-site contact for Subcontractors (holding weekly meetings, site walks with managers)
Delegating general labour for site team maintenance, hoarding, security etc.
Waste Management
Environmental Impact Assessments – Section 61
Positive engagement with the local council and community and general Site supervision
Oversee and have a hands on approach where necessary for site delivery/traffic management worksRequirements

Experience delivering logistics packages for a tier 1 main contractor
