Lead Electrical Project Manager (Data Centres)
MEP Contracting (Building Services)
Hampshire OR Berkshire

My client is a market leading, privately-owned M&E contractor renowned for successfully delivering Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Laboratory and Life Sciences projects across the UK and Europe.

They have recently had great success expanding in the UK and require two electrically biased Lead M&E Project Managers to deliver Data Centres worth circa £10m in M&E in Hampshire and Berkshire.

It is important that you have experience of delivering projects like the aforementioned.

Please note that if you are willing to work away from home, we will consider covering the cost of accommodation and other expenses.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Pre-construction, procurement and planning of the project
Full cost control of the project with close alignment to QS – Financial reporting to management
Technical submittals, RFI’s, noticing and rectifying flaws in design
Delegation of work to project team (Engineers, Site Managers, Supervisors etc).
Health & Safety – investigating and reporting on any injuries that occur on site
