Land Surveyor / Measured Building Surveyor – required for our client that has been established for over 40 years based in Milton Keynes. The Land Surveyor / Measured Building Surveyor will be working for a company that offer a range of surveys to their clients across the UK from their regional offices.

Due to the business expanding our client are looking for motivated and committed individuals to join our Topographical, Mobile Mapping and Measured Building Survey Departments at all levels. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy company with exciting growth and expansion plans, for the right individual there will be progression open and opportunities to climb the ladder within the company

Land Surveyor / Measured Building Surveyor Position Overview

Measured Floor Plans
Full Building Elevation Surveys
Produce topographical surveys and monitor and setting out surveys
Building Sections
Checking Existing Plan Accuracies
Daily use of AutoCAD
Site VisitsLand Surveyor / Measured Building Surveyor Position Requirements

Minimum of 1 years' experience in same or similar role
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
Proficient in AutoCAD
Experience in using a theodolite or scanner
Ability to draw accurate plans
Experience of multiple disciplines would be an advantage.
