About Our Client:
They are a newer name within the residential world but have already firmly established themselves in the Bucks/Oxon areas and now starting to enter other surrounding counties. The company has delivered developments up to 80 units so far and these are typically 2,3,4 and 5 bedroom family homes in greenfield locations. Projects are delivered using the highest standards of workmanship thus delivering a home anyone would be proud to call their own.
The Role:
Due to the ambitious plans and success of the company so far, they are looking to add to the current land team. The company are keen to ensure they hire the right skillset and personality to add to the character of the company, so are open to a Land Manager or Senior Land Manager. Salaries and packages will reflect your experience and what you can bring to the company. You will be reporting in to the Land Director and undertake all duties associated when purchasing land. You will have a chance to add to the company’s success as you deliver.
The Applicant:
The ideal candidate must have:
* Experience buying land for a Developer or agent (Developer preferred)
* Loyalty and progression within employers
It is desirable to have:
* Experience buying land in Oxon/Bucks and other surrounding counties.
* Working relationships with land agents in the above counties
