We have an opportunity for a trainee or junior estimator to join a construction firm based in Milton Keynes.
This job is open to those with some experience of the commercial aspects of pricing up construction work to produce competitive bids for business and to price up the work that is to be carried out.

The job involves assessing material, labour and equipment required and analysing different quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers and then producing an estimated cost and price of works.

Applicants must have some experience within the construction market, and be familiar with construction blueprints, the process of producing construction bids and general 'pre-construction' processes.

W will consider applications from ex tradesmen, junior quantity surveyors, or anyone with suitable experience or knowledge of the commercial elements of construction works.

You will require a full drivers licence to be considered for this role.
