Joiner / Multi Trade
Manchester
Company Van + Fuel Card
£16.50 an hour

You will be carrying out maintenance on various different contracts varying from Social Housing and University contracts across the North West.

The successful candidate will receive their Van and Fuel Card from day one of starting.

You will be required to work as part of a small team carrying out a minimum of 40 hours a week.

This Joiner / Multi Trade will consist of the following:
• Full Joinery / Carpentry repairs
• Plumbing repairs
• Hanging internal doors
• Fitting skirting boards
• Kitchen and Bathroom repairs
• Patch Tiling repairs
• Patch plastering repairs

To be successful for the role as a Joiner / Multi Trade you must have the following:
• NVQ level 2 in your respective trade
• Asbestos Awareness is desirable
• Previous social housing experience preferred but not a must
• Full UK drivers' licence (preferably clean)
• Own hand tools
