If you are looking for a new role working as a Multi Trade / Joiner within the social housing sector for a well-established contractor then this could be perfect opportunity for you.

You will be carrying out reactive maintenance and also working within void properties.

As the Joiner / Multi Trade you will be responsible for:
• Representing the company whilst working within domestic properties
• Working alongside other trades professionals to complete projects to the highest standard where necessary
• Being able to work as part of a team and alone

To be successful for the role as a Multi Trade / Joiner, you must have the following:
• NVQ level 2 in Joinery
• Be willing to have a DBS carried out
• Previous social housing experience is a bonus
Full clean driving licence
