Job Runner- Architect/ Senior Architectural Technician

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: Competitive based on experience

My client is an award-winning UK based Architectural practice within commuting distance of Milton Keynes, Bedford, and Northampton. At present, their current workload covers Residential, Education, Mixed Use, Industrial and Commercial projects.

To be successful in this role you must have several years project running experience in a UK based practice and have had exposure to similar sectors as listed above. The practice is Revit based so to apply, you must have excellent knowledge of the software on live projects.

Skills and Requirements for this role:

Several years' experience job running whether this is as an Architect or Technician.
ARB or CIAT accredited- or working towards.
A variety of sector experience inclusive of those listed above.
Proficiency in Revit is essential.
The ability to lead projects and mentor more junior staff.
Good communication skills both verbally and written.
The ability to work both independently and as a team to a high standard.
Excellent visualisation and technical skills
