Position: ISO Quality and Compliance Controller

Location: High Wycombe

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £30,000 to £35,000 plus package

We are looking for an experienced person to become the Company representative for ISO9001:2015 Compliance. We would like them to manage quality standards throughout all company operations and maintain ongoing annual accreditation/auditing.

They will be responsible for leading and supporting all aspects of quality, health, safety (working alongside our H&S Manager), and environmental legislation. Constantly review and ensure that compliance, best practice, policies, statements, and procedures are recommended, implemented, and adhered to.

They will be required to manage the daily operations such as auditing, attending meetings, carrying out training and updating records.

Manage audit programmes; create and maintain methods and systems for compliance audits, including correction of non-conformances and compliance monitoring.

Creating action plans; recommendations for corrective actions and reports within set timescales.

Requirements

Experience working as a ISO9001:2015 QMS Quality officer and preferably within the heating/ plumbing / air conditioning or electrical service sectors
Preferably have a minimum of three years’ experience of working as an ISO9001:2015 QMS Officer.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 with experience of working according to BSI standards.
Possession of a full driving licence.
Living within 40 minutes’ drive of High Wycombe.
