Fawkes and Reece are currently working with a well respected Main Contractor in assisting them with finding an Site Manager for their development in Milton Keynes.

The project is a £15m care home so experience with care homes in necessary, the ideal candidate will have external and internal experience.

The role is a freelance contract which will last for 10 months. You will be responsible for;

-H&S Management
-Review and approve RAMS
-Hold daily briefing with Internal Subs supervisors & record
-Site Inductions
-Monitor works for RAMS /Safety Management adherence
-Issue non-compliance /improvement notices
-Attend Safety Audits & Planning meetings and close out any actions
-Progress/Programme
