Internal Sales Specialist – Milton Keynes c£30k + commission
We’re looking for talented relationship builders for this global leader in the design, manufacture and installation of specialist outdoor sport and leisure equipment and park furniture to the private and public sector including education, councils, construction and leisure sectors. With subsidiaries and offices across the globe, this company has built a formidable reputation for compelling design, uncompromising safety, unique innovation and long lasting quality.
Based at the Milton Keynes office and given the recent Covid pandemic, home-based working for the right candidate is also an option with occasional visits to the offices for training, team building etc when possible.
You'll be joining a friendly team who support the field-based Area Sales Managers in generating and managing leads and enquiries from both new and existing clients.
In this key role, you'll enjoy a mix of
* responding to inbound enquiries
* following up quotes and marketing campaigns
* aftersales customer care calls
* proactive calls about new product launches and promotions.
You’ll also be able to come up with new ideas and generate your own sales and marketing campaigns looking for ways to increase sales and enquiries for your Area Sales Managers all whilst delivering a great customer experience.
Our ideal candidate will fit in with the small existing team, so personality is just as important as skillset. You will have good overall IT skills and CRM discipline. Time management, flexibility, and multi-tasking are all key skills that will help you to succeed within this role, and you will of course have great speaking and interpersonal skills.
