About the organisation
With more than 6,000 homes in the Wycombe district, including houses, flats, blocks and shops, our client’s responsibility to keep them as safe as possible has never been more important. As a tenant-led, not-for-profit housing association, their customers and people in their local communities, need the reassurance that they do everything they can to keep their properties up to scratch when it comes to compliance, so this role is crucial in making that happen.
About the role

They’re looking for a confident, organised and extremely proactive person to join them and help manage these vital areas.
You need to have strong technical knowledge about construction and construction-related health and safety and housing management, and importantly, they need someone who can use their negotiating skills to deliver best value services and continuous improvement for their customers.
Expert knowledge in at least one of the disciplines is required, and experience in more than one discipline will be a definite advantage.
With a flexible and friendly approach, you will have a clear grasp of the challenges facing the housing sector, ideally gained from experience within the social housing / servicing and maintenance sector.
