Do you have a background in either FM, landscaping, or construction? Do you have experience developing and implementing IMS?

Established over 35 years ago, this marketing leading company provides services into the commercial sector working with blue-chip household names. Due to continuous growth, they are looking for a Head of Quality to work closely with the HSE Director and the safety management team.

In this role, you will lead, motivate and develop the Quality and IMS team. You will develop and implement quality and IMS policies, strategies and initiatives. You will be the business' key point of contact for external ISO certifications and external accreditations. You will ensure all work adheres to exceptional quality standards, including coordinating applicable licences and operating permits.

The Role:

Head of Quality (Health and Safety)
Leadership, development, and line management of the Quality and IMS team.
Work Business Development teams, supporting tenders, provide technical to clients on your quality agenda
Collaborating with the Heads of Safety and Environment, undertaking inspections, audits, and leadership visits to promote positive quality culture.
£65'000 – £70'000 + Car, Bonus, Training, Development, Progression, 8% Pension and Excellent Benefits

Be able to demonstrate experience of operating in a senior quality management position
Be recognised as a lead auditor/lead auditor status
Have a proven track record of developing and delivering quality strategy and assurance programmes.
Have detailed knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO27001.
