Salary – Up to £125,000 (Depending on Experience)

About the Role:
Head of Commercial reporting directly to the director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and heading up all of the company’s commercial needs. All of the usual Commercial manager duties, this opportunity would be ideal for a Managing Surveyor/Commercial manager to take that next step in their career.

Candidate Requirements:

* Experience in residential, mainly low-rise traditional build projects;

* Track record in the delivery of new build;

* Project and contract management and negotiation skills;

* Experience of direct procurement and management of sub-contractors.

* Minimum of 5 years with a residential developer
