Handyman for Fit out / Refurbishment Contractor in Milton Keynes

Due to expansion we are looking for an experienced Handyman to join an established and growing Fit-out / Refurbishment Contractor in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire

They specialise in commercial projects. These include: Office fit outs, Industrial builds, warehouses and high security sites

Duties – Handyman

Handyman’s day-to-day job is extremely varied and could see you painting a wall one day and
repairing office lights the next. It ultimately depends on where you are working but some of your
regular duties could include:

·Basic plumbing & electrical duties
·Changing light bulbs
·Minor carpentry works
·General building knowledge
·Changing locks
·Re grouting & silicon works
·Clearing or cleaning general areas
·Shifting furniture or equipment
·Assembling furniture or equipment
·Painting and decorating
·Clearing gutters and drains
·Repairing windows or doors
·Carrying out internal and external part refurbishment works
·General Handy person skills
·
About you: Multi Trader / Handyman

·Experienced Handyman
·Able to source & collect supplies (screw fix etc)
·Able to think on your feet & Problem solve
·Have excellent organisational, interpersonal skills with our clients
·You’re a quick learner on new software and scheduling systems
·You use Initiative
·Align with our company mission and values
·Have a full driving license

Normal working hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, our client may ask for the occasional weekend to be
worked in an emergency and occasionally stay away overnight.

Salary: £35,000.00 per year & Company Van & mobile phone
