Our client is looking for an experienced Handy/Multi-Trades Person to assist them with their private properties within Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire also with an occasional visits to Slough, Birmingham and Maidenhead.

Our clients private rental business, houses tenants that are waiting to be housed by their council and the properties need to be habitable. The person would attend the properties and carry out said works and will need experience within all trades.

Essential requirements:

All Trades experience – electric/plumbing/carpentry/painting & decorating etc.

Own Vehicle – fuel paid 45p per mile

Knowledge of materials/fixtures/fittings
