Excellent opportunity for a Graduate Structural Engineer looking to develop their career with a busy consultancy who have built up relationships with their clients over many years in addition to new clients resulting from long associations and good reputation.

Working on a range of small and medium scale residential developments, industrial, healthcare and commercial projects, ideally they are looking for an Engineer with:

* At least one or two years post graduate experience

* Have the ability to be responsible for small projects with minimal supervision and work as part of a team on larger projects

* Experience of projects from residential extensions and refurbishments to new build residential and low rise buildings working with masonry, steelwork and reinforced concrete

* Good all round understanding of civil & structural engineering including interaction with other disciplines

* Good understanding of applicable codes of practice

* Ability to undertake a site survey

* Confidence to liaise with clients, architects, contractors and statutory authorities with respect to technical issues

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Good all round IT skills
