Our client, a Multi-disciplinary Consultancy, based in Milton Keynes, are seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. The Graduate Quantity Surveyor will be working mainly in the retail sector, focusing on works both pre and post contract, including Quantity Surveying, EA and Contract Administration works.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be a recent graduate in Quantity Surveying with a desire to progress and achieve chartered (MRICS) status. The candidate will also need a full driving licence and will need to be seeking a long term role.

Graduate Quantity Surveyor Position Overview

Working for a Quantity Surveying Consultancy based in Milton Keynes
Office based with site visits as required
Projects of varying nature and value primarily in the retails sector
Completing a range of QS duties alongside the senior members of the team
Working both pre and post contract focusing mainly on quantity surveying with some EA and contract admin duties

Graduate Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

Must hold a recent degree in Quantity Surveying
Full driving licence
Must be seeking a long term role
Desire to become MRICS qualified
