GRADUATE QUANTITY SURVEYOR REQUIRED

We are currently looking for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor for a successful Cost Management Consultancy based in Milton Keynes.

You will be responsible for assisting in cost management & dealing with contractual issues for development projects from pre-op stage through to final settlement.

Key tasks/ Duties:

* Preparing plans, contracts, bills of quantities and other documentation

* Cost control, writing reports, assisting valuation preparation and submission

* Arranging payments to suppliers and contractors, assisting in the selection of suppliers

* Preparing tender documents, obtaining & reviewing tenders

* Drawing take off and scheduling of materials

* Order placement

* Project management related services

the ideal candidate will have 1-2 years experience as an Estimator/QS
