General Maintenance Operative – Aylesbury – Education Centre

The role is for a general maintenance operative with a varied daily list of duties and reactive responsibilities. On an average day the role can include:

* Arranging assembly furniture, broken taps, basic carpentry and plumbing works

* Opening/securing the property

* Allocation of goods in to site

* Daily room checks

* PPM's such as tap temperatures

* Putting up pictures

* Assisting with preparing for events

* Supervising/escorting contractors and mobile support team

* Painting during school holidays

* First response to faults on site as they arise

The onsite team is a team of three persons who are welcoming and friendly.

A good outgoing attitude is preferred as the team communicate with all levels of the clients structure on a daily basis and positive attitude is very beneficial in this role.

Salary & Hours:

* £20,000.00 Per Annum + Overtime

* 25 Days Annual Leave, Training and Development opportunities

* Early 06:30hrs – 14:30hrs

* Mid 8:00hrs – 17:00hrs

* Late 14:00hrs – 22:00hrs
