Randstad is looking for an experienced Operational Gas Supervisor to work for property maintenance type business. The Gas – Operational Supervisor will ideally reside around the Milton Keynes area and happy to travel to different domestic and private properties.

The Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and quality controlling the Agency Workers who install, service and repair boilers on behalf of the utility company.

Salary: £39-41K + company van + fuel card
Working hours: 40 hour working week – Monday to Friday.

The role includes onsite management and supervision, resource/workload planning of directly employed operatives, engineers and subcontractors, including finishing trades, ensuring high quality, timely and safe works order contract delivery and client/customer liaison.

Ensuring adherence to company process and administration systems, which includes; maintaining documented records and reporting daily, weekly, monthly on performance related activities such as: Health & Safety, inductions, method, risk & COSSH assessments, AI`s/RFI/CVI toolbox talks and quality audits/inspections.

Skills and experience required:

– Proven experience working in a similar role
– Excellent knowledge of current H&S Regulations covering building works "on site"
activities
– Relevant trade qualifications: City & Guilds and ACS (for Gas)
– Able to effectively deal with engineers' performance and senior management reporting.
