Finishing Foreman – Joiner

£40,000 + Company van

We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Finishing Foreman with a carpentry background to join a successful main contractor managing refurbishment projects on a range of public sector buildings across Northampton, Bedfordshire & Buckingham. IMMEDIATE start is available.

The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong capability to work autonomously whilst managing subcontractors to complete projects of varying types up to a value of £2 million on time and on budget. Commercial site experience is essential as you will manage all carpentry aspects of projects from through to completion.

Projects could range from extensions, alterations or redevelopments. Experience in managing sub-contractors, and overall controlling all site aspects is essential.

Ideally, you will have a strong construction background with an SSSTS, First Aid and CSCS card.
