This key role as a Finishing Foreman, ensures each project is completed to consistently high standards. Our client and their customers have very high expectations. You will be the lasting impression left on their customers.
Finishing Foreman/Manager – Company Profile:
This established firm works in this niche, luxury residential basement construction and installation industry. Projects are up to £100k but can be more for bespoke installations. Their customers comprise of high-net-worth private and trade clients such as developers, architects and interior designers.
Finishing Foreman/Manager – Duties:
*Complete visit, check performance/temperature/humidity and condition
*Ensure all parts and equipment are available
*Carry out works e.g. fitting LED lighting, repair broken modules, screed cellar base, install glass door panels
*Fit flooring, safe and trap door
*Paint cellar modules.
*Ensure Health & Safety requirements are observed and recorded.
*Take photographs and sign off cellar with client
*Create reports
*Resolve remedial work & snagging i.e. fix burst pipes, extend vent pipes, fit locks etc.
Finishing Foreman/Manager – Person Profile:
*Must have experience in high specification residential construction/finish.
*Ideal background: all-round tradesman, plasterer, carpenter or kitchen/bathroom fitter
*Effective communication with client, site team and other professionals
*Positive attitude
*The ability to multi-task
*IT literate – Microsoft suite
*Gas Safe registered, Part P certified electrician or air conditioning certified highly desired
Finishing Foreman/Manager – Salary & Location:
Based: Mobile, Southeast to Midlands, a lot in London & home counties
Hours: Monday – Friday (some evening work maybe required)
Salary £32-34,000
