We have a permanent opportunity for an Maintenance Manager to be based on site in High Wycombe!

Working for a leading FM Company you will be responsible for being the point of contact on site for all maintenance activities and responsible for managing the supply chain!

With an FM background you must be capable of running multiple maintenance and response works, ensuring they are delivered within time, spec and budget.

Other duties will include but are not limited to:
*Monitor Supply Chain work
*Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements
*Act as Method Statement Coordinator as required
*Health and Safety
*Compliance
*Delivery of works
*All other duties as reasonably required

Skills and qualifications required:
*Relevant qualifications in a Mechanical and/or Electrical (M&E) or Building/Construction/Surveying (B&CE) (or equivalent experiential experience) – (HNC or equivalent)
*Previous Facilities Management Experience
*Experience running multiple FM / maintenance works and small works (up to £15-£25k)
*Experience of managing and supervising staff in Construction, Property Maintenance, FM or similar environment
*You must have technical knowledge, competency of FM, Building Services and infrastructure.
*Excellent communication skills
*You must have the ability to write technical specifications for projects and response works.
*Management level qualification in health and safety (SMSTS, IOSH etc.)
*IT Literate
*Excellent management skills with experience managing subcontractors ensuring they deliver work to the correct standard and timescales
*Management of a safe system of work
*Significant practical experience in an FM, Building Services or similar environment.
*Flexible with travel Full UK Driving Licence
