About our Client
My client is a specialist sub-contractor within the facade sector. They specialise in Roofing & cladding projects. These projects could be any value from £100k to £10million. Now they are looking to bring on an experienced Designer to join their design team. The role will be based from their Bedfordshire office
About the Role
* Producing CAD designs and reports in accordance with project programmes
* Liaising with other disciplines and ensuring the coordination of design and detailing work appropriate to the project
* Liaising with estimators and advise on appropriate design solutions
* Maintaining internal document control of drawings
About the Candidate
* Previously held a facade Designers position for at least 3 years
* Must come from facades background
* Excellent verbal and communication skills
