Our client, a Main Contractor, based in Milton Keynes, are seeking an Estimator to join them due to continued growth. The Estimator will be working among a team of Estimators pricing works of varying nature and value in the commercial sector, with works ranging from a small fit-out to a new-build industrial unit or warehouse.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience in an Estimator position in the construction industry. The Estimator will also need to be based within commuting distance of Milton Keynes and will need to be looking for a long term role.

Prior experience in an Estimator position
Full driving licence
Based locally to Milton Keynes
Seeking a long term role
Must have priced commercial projects
Strong IT and Communication skills

Estimator / Senior Estimator Position Remuneration

Salary: £40k – £65k DOE
