A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work with a well-established, Residential Developer that produces high quality homes in the Buckinghamshire region.

They are looking for an Estimator to join the Commercial team and take control of budgeting/ forecasting and cost reconciliation on residential/ property works.

You will work across all departments of the business assisting in projects from inception, working with the Land/ Technical/ Sales and Construction teams; assisting with acquisitions and appraisals, with inputting on technical/ design matters with significant focus on taking off materials from drawings, cost advice for sales and preparing budgets/ monitoring costs for the Construction team.

A proven track record of working within the residential market is highly desirable.
