Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting £50m turnover Main Contractor with their search for an experienced building estimator to join their Milton Keynes-based team.

The business deliver high quality projects in the Northern Home Counties, encompassing Commercial, Industrial, Warehouse, Office, Residential, Motor Dealerships and Mixed Developments.

Projects range up to £20m in value, and are delivered for both public bodies and blue-chip organisations.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience working for a main contractor as a standalone estimator, ideally having priced work in similar sectors. The Estimator will report directly in to our client's commercial director, genuine opportunities for career progression are available for an ambitious and driven candidate.
