Due to growth our client is looking to add to their estimating team. As an Estimator you will be working for a D&B Contractor costing primarily new build projects in both the commercial and industrial.

Given their location, they work for clients in the Home Counties and North London. Expected project values upto £30M.

The job:

You will be the primary person responsible for tendering new projects, working alongside an in-house QS and reporting directly to the MD for new tenders and to Construction Director for ongoing project variations. You will work autonomously to manage tender due dates and ensure source suppliers to work on 2 stage tenders and special orders. Direct contact with clients and site visits will occasionally be required.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience as an Estimator for a main contractor is highly advantageous within industrial and commercial sectors. A BSc in Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying is desirable, although any equivalent qualification would still be acknowledged.
