As a key member of the estates team you will need a good working knowledge of building compliance fire safety minor repairs and a very good eye for detail. You will also need to be able to establish good working relationships with our internal and external partners promote our values and work ethic. You will be expected to build a working knowledge of any legislation new or established that applies to the estate services team and paradigm as a whole.
