Romans Recruitment Group Ltd has been given exclusivity with an innovative Renewable Energy Contractor to source 20 plus Electricians for an immediate start from Birmingham down to the South Coast.
Package: £35k Basic Salary + OTE £50k + Electric Powered Van + Fuel Card + Mobile Phone + Laptop
Interview Process – 1/2 stages
Location: Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire & Wiltshire
Must Haves & Nice to Haves & The Role:
The role: • Installing EV charge points to domestic properties • Planned preventative and reactive maintenance ensuring systems are up to manufacturer standards • Test and inspect systems and complete relevant paper work • Maintain and uphold company standards and H+S requirements • Communicate with customers answering queries providing excellent customer service The Person: • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation • 18th Edition desirable • C&G 2391 Inspection and Testing • ECS card • C&G 2919-01 Electric Vehicle Charge Point Installation desirable • Exceptional customer service ability • Full Driving License
Able to travel throughout the UK
Occasionally stay overnight

Report To:
Qualified Supervisor & Operations Director
Overall Objective:
To complete PV, EV and Battery storage installation and maintenance tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Installation, testing and certification of Electric Vehicle Charge points in line with the requirements of current regulations.
Installation, testing and certification of Solar PV systems in line with the requirements of current regulations.
Installation, testing and certification of Battery Storage systems in line with the requirements of current regulations.
Completion of maintenance tasks on existing installations.
To keep abreast of relevant regulations and ensure that all work is completed in line with those regulations and to the highest quality.
To manage materials required for the required work, with support from the Operations Coordinator.
To communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manor to ensure highest levels of customer service.
Travel to and from work sites, with occasional overnight stays required.
To read and understand risk assessments and method statements as provided and follow these methods, always working in a safe a risk assessed manor.
To attend the office and training sessions as required.
