About the role:

They are currently looking for an experienced Electrician to carry out a range of electrical duties, together with related tasks in a range of other trades disciplines, as part of the Internal Repairs Team.

Customer care is key in this post and you will provide a customer focused repairs and maintenance service across the Group.

What they’re looking for:

Someone who is trained to 18th Edition with City and Guilds 2382 Certificate in requirements for Electrical Installations (BS7671) and City and Guilds 2391 (Inspection, Testing and Certification) or NVQ equivalent, with post qualification experience

Experience of working in occupied and unoccupied domestic properties.

*

The skills to carry out related building and plumbing tasks, with training as necessary.

*

The ability to plan and organise work (and materials) according to priorities given, the size and complexity of the job, the need to minimise travel and other non-productive time, and the need to keep scheduled appointments.

Due to the nature of the role, you must be able to work outside and inside, from ladders, on roofs and in confined spaces as necessary. You must also be able to travel effectively and efficiently to our client’s sites.
