Electrician
Milton Keynes / Bedford
Permanent Contract
£32,800 – starting basic salary
Company van + fuel card + power tools + testing unit
25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
40 hours per week (8:00am – 4:30pm)

If you are looking for the opportunity to join a local housing association on a permanent basis then this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

You will be required to carry out 40 hours work a week, working alongside a small team carrying out reactive maintenance.

Current job role for the Electrician:
• Fault finding.
• Periodic test and inspections.
• Remedial works.
• Liaise with customers in a friendly professional manner.
• Working in both occupied and un-occupied properties.

To be successful for the role as an Electrician you must have the following:
• NVQ level 3 in electrical installation.
• 18th edition.
• 2391 testing qualifications (or equivalent).
• Social housing experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
