Are you a Design & Build Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Site Supervisor looking for a new challenge?

RSR have established an outstanding reputation as one of the very best Electrical Design Build and Maintenance companies operating in the UK and due to continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager and Site Supervisor to join our growing team.

If you possess a solid knowledge of Commercial Electrical Installations and a fervent interest in Design Build Turnkey Solutions, then we would love to speak with you.

Working on site with our clients, in London, based from our offices in Milton Keynes, this role will both challenge and enable you to grow in capability and confidence. There is an excellent support network within our in-house teams around you whilst you get to grips with the job. We will of course test and challenge your abilities, but this will enable you to evolve and expand your range of skills and capabilities as you keep learning and evolving with the job.

Our clients that you will be working with are established industry icons, as well as smaller clients. The role involves complex Design Build solutions to a diverse base of commercial clients. The projects are wide-ranging, so the challenges are varied every day.

You will be responsible for the delivery of electrical works, including direct liaison with our clients and handover of the finished works. You will maintain close contact with clients to explore opportunities for new business and ensuring the commercial success of our projects. Your end goal is winning the clients' trust and growing with our business.

Additional Information

Salary dependent on experience. Site Supervisor approx. £21 per hour (with opportunities for overtime). Project Manager from £50k to £60k per annum.

Essential Skills

Understanding and experience of electrical industry, preferably qualified electrician with H&S qualifications.
Experience of running successful design build commercial electrical installation projects.
Ability to work with IT systems and Microsoft Project.
Understanding budgets, programmes and the commercial viability of a project.
Good communication skills, leadership ability and being a team player. PM must be confident under pressure and show key skills needed when dealing with the client.
Ability to motivate and inspire team to deliver high performance levels.
ECS Card.

Desirable Skills

Experience with Mechanical installations.
