Electrical Estimator
An established contractor in Buckinghamshire are expanding their Estimating team and are looking for an Electrical Estimator to plan, design, coordinate and submit electrical quotations on high end office refurbishment schemes up to £2m in value
Our client have an excellent reputation for working hand in hand with their clients and producing great results, and the majority of their work is through repeat business
You will enjoy working in an open plan, collaborative atmosphere from modern offices – designed by the directors with the comfort and wellbeing of their staff in mind
The Role – Electrical Estimator
You will be office based in Milton Keynes with client visits mostly within the Home Counties & London
You will be working on high end office fit outs for interiors clients
You will be joining a team of 5 (in the electrical division)
You will be working alongside their clients to design and price up electrical works on high end office refurbishments, including presentation of costed works to clients and handover of jobs won to Project Managers.
You will maintain close contact with clients to explore opportunities for new business and will be responsible for managing the client relationships.
You will be responsible for ensuring the commercial success of the projects delivered to their clients.
The good part
Salary up to £55k plus car allowance, mobile phone and laptop (Depending on experience)
Working hours – chose from 7.30am – 4.30pm, 8am – 5pm, 8.30am – 5.30pm
The right person
You will either be an assistant or experienced Electrical Estimator – key that you are from a commercial background and have high end office refurbishment / fit out experience
Or you could have an Electrical qualification and currently working on site, and be looking to move into Estimating
