A joint venture consisting of high profile main contractors are searching for a General Foreman with earthworks experience to join their team on a permanent basis in the Buckinghamshire region.
You will be joining a busy major project and will be tasked with managing the foremen and overseeing the Earthworks subcontractors to ensure they are working to the RAMS.
Some of your duties will include:
Maintain diary of daily site records
Conduct inductions
Ensuring PPE and high H&S standards are maintained
Subcontractor management
Giving toolbox talks
About you:
Strong experience within Earthworks
Demonstrable history as a General Foreman
Good communication skills
What is on offer:
Salary up to £55,000
