ATK Solutions have an excellent contract opportunity for you to join an asset management consultancy.

Our client requires experienced Stock Condition Surveyors and EPC Surveyors to deliver surveys in East London.

Key job requirements include:

Undertaking a variety of Stock condition surveys investigating building defects
EPC surveys
Liaising with clients
Inputting data on site We are seeking surveyors with excellent personal and communication skills and motivated to survey a high volume of surveys at the quality required.

You must be an experienced Stock Condition and EPC surveyor to be successful with your application.

Contract six to twelve months, per survey and outside IR35.
