About The Role
EKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies: Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial Construction and BAM Nuttall. All four partners have specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks, including the construction of one of Europe’s latest high speed rail projects.
EKFB are looking for an Document controller / Admin Assistant,
Duties include:
Quality, design and construction support in the form of uploading and tracking status of construction documents
Cover of reception duties when required (main point of contact for the reception area for staff and Visitors)
Meeting room bookings and Teams management when required.
Stationery and office consumables procurement and management of supplies when required
Correspondence and document management (Causeway, BIMXtra, Teams, SharePoint and CEMAR)
Providing support to the Project Management and Commercial/ financial teams when required.
Other adhoc duties when requiredAbout The Candidate
Knowledge of Document Management systems.
Communication skills at all levels.
Time Management to work to deadlines.
Be able to produce and manage comms
Flexibility in tasks and attention to detail.
Good organiser and collaborative working essential.
