We desire a motivated Document Controller with experience in the Construction industry for an exciting, new challenge!

Location – Milton Keynes

Start Date – ASAP

Pay – £18 – £25 per hour – Depending on experience

Roles and responsibilities –

Up/Downloading drawings using Aconex as requested by key stakeholders
Raising PO's on the finance system, once the QS has requested it
GRNing invoices on the finance system when they come in and ensuring the invoice matches the PO
Checking finance system for payments made to vendors
Assisting with the process of setting up new vendors
Inputting timesheets every week when received from the foremen
Updating the annual leave register and submitting holiday forms to HR
Ordering stationary and cleaning products
Filing
Ad hoc requests from the office staff and supervisors including scanning and copying documents
