The role

To develop, maintain and support digital project functions.

Key accountabilities

Maintain functionality of Fulcrum (and other) data capture tool across all projects
Provide support and training for VHL and subcontract staff using Fulcrum (and other) applications
Maintain existing, and develop new, PowerBI dashboards and reports as required by management and site teams
Ensure consistent data reporting for all site reporting tools via API and Excel data sources, etc
Support staff with use of client works management tools (including DepotNet, CEMAR, Symology)
Collaborate with client representatives to provide digital reporting solutions
Research and develop innovative and alternative solutions for project challenges
Provide support to project team members for all digital tools in use
Support, maintain and progress Microsoft PowerApps stock management tool
Represent VolkerSmart Technologies on the VolkerWessels Digital Construction and Innovation Group
Responsibility for project data management including all photo and video documentation
Develop information management strategy to organise project data
Regular visits to all project offices and site visits with operatives to provide support as requiredSkills & experience

Educated to O/GSCE Level standard or equivalent including English and Maths
Excellent communication skills including written English.
Proven experience with Microsoft applications including PowerBI, PowerApps & PowerAutomate
Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (i.e. Excel)
Application development experience preferable
Experience training/coaching the use of digital solutions both on both PC and Mobile
Experience of piloting new technologies preferable
Ability to use initiative
Discretion and confidentiality
Time Management skills.
