Job Description: Digital Account Manager – Construction

Sold already? Then these are some of things you'll help us out with:
· Looking after the day to day needs of your clients and making sure relevant people are updated and informed on the best digital practices.
· Developing your customer relationships understanding their needs and how you and our team can support them.
· Supporting the Senior Account Management team by attending client meetings and helping with the progress of various projects.
· Sharing your construction and manufacturing knowledge with the wider internal team, advising on key terms and phrases that are well known within those industries.
· Provide a service that will ensure our clients will comeback for repeat business.
You'll work with a wide variety of clients, from independent owner managed manufacturers and construction businesses to large multi-national and blue-chip organisations.
So, to be successful in this Digital Account Manager role it really is simple! You would have some serious understanding of digital marketing, you would have worked with or been exposed to Construction or Manufacturing, and you will be the sort of person who is satisfied by getting the job done!
Although not essential it might be useful if you've worked within a marketing or a digital agency before.
