The Role:
You will be joining a strong and stable Technical team and assisting with multiple developments. You will have experience in authority and utility design requirements together with associated legislation. You will liaise with external clients including utility providers to obtain design and cost proposals, through to appointment and monitoring of onsite works. Working closely with the Engineering team you will value engineer to maximise profit.
The Applicant:
The ideal candidate must have:
* Worked as a Technical Manager or Development Manager for a residential developer.
* An excellent design ability and details technical knowledge of planning, technical, architectural, civil engineering, and building construction is essential together with experience in the delivery of code for sustainable homes solutions
* Previous experience in delivering private and affordable projects and managing a number of complex developments concurrently
It is desirable to have:
* Worked for a leading developer in a Development Manager role.
