Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting in the search for a Design Manager to join a Tier One Main contractor in Buckinghamshire. The company is a busy contractor, winning work for residential schemes on a regular basis.

As a result of their repeated success year on year, our client is eager to expand their team across Buckinghamshire and provide a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Design Manager to join their rewarding working environment. You will be working within an established design team, responsible for monitoring and reporting design information in compliance with budgets and schedules, playing an integral role in the smooth running of the projects.

Essential experience:

Experience running a small design team
A degree or HNC/HND in a relevant construction or design field.
Management of a large residential projectThis is an excellent opportunity for a talented Design Manager to effectively showcase and develop their skillset in an environment with plenty of room for progression.
