Design Coordinator – Industrial / Warehouses

£40,000 – £50,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Generous Benefits Package

My client are a family run business with a longstanding pedigree of delivering a range of industrial and warehouse projects. Over 70% of their work comes from repeat business and due to an influx of work being won they are looking to expand the Design team with a Design Coordinator.

Responsibilities

Working underneath an experienced Design Manager, as the Design Coordinator you will work on around 4 projects at anyone time from groundworks through to completion. Based mainly in the office with regular site visits your role will be to attend DTM, review drawings and provide overall support to the delivery team.

Requirements

A clear passion for construction and someone who takes a hands-on approach to their work.

Currently working as a Design Coordinator.

Previous experience working on industrial / steel frame projects.

Strong understanding of relevant specifications, regulations and standards.

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits Package
