Mainmark are growing the UK business and as a result we are looking to hire an ambitious Customer Service Coordinator with an immediate start applicant depending.
The role is based in Milton Keynes we would prefer for the applicant to be based locally.
The Role:
* Taking calls from residential, industrial, commercial & civil engineering customers
* Manage customer enquiries and phone calls with a smile and willingness to help – no matter the request
* Highly proficient in Office 365, in – house CRM system and Dropbox
* General office management – maintaining a neat and tidy space and adequate supplies
* Enjoys working in smaller but growing team
* Answering queries with relation to work needing to be undertaken
* promoting company products and services to new and existing customers
The Person:
* Be able to use Windows 10, Word, Excel, Outlook and Dropbox with confidence
* Not be scared to puck up the phone
* Gather good information from potential customers to the right team member – qualify incoming leads
* Passion for great customer service
* Have the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively
* Self-motivating with strong organisational skills
* The ability to adapt and lean
* Ability to deal with tough situations in a cal and professional manner
* Construction knowledge
