An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join a highly reputable sub contractor in Buckinghamshire. They provide a range of services including plumbing and heating for many house builders and developers in the Buckinghamshire area.

The Customer Service Co-ordinator will join a growing and successful contractor who specialise in providing a comprehensive range of plumbing services, from fixing a leak in the kitchen to complete bathroom installations.

The Role

The Customer Service Co-ordinator will be responsible being the primary point of contact between, site staff, homeowners and the developer.

Your duties will include:

Being the homeowners point of contact for plumbing and heating
Liaising with engineers, plumbers, and other site staff
General administration and calendar organisation – organising appointments for people on site
Raise invoices
Keep the client up to date with ant serviceThe Person

The successful Customer Service Co-ordinator will have:

Customer service & office administration experience
Previous experience working in construction with Contractors, Developers or Housebuilders
Lives in the Buckinghamshire area
Excellent communication skills over the phone and emailIn Return

The Customer Service Co-ordinator will benefit from:

Up to £25,000 (dependant on experience)
20 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
Discretionary annual bonus
