My client is a privately owned developer who are passionate about building beautiful homes to a high specification and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
They are looking to appoint a Customer Relations Manager to communicate directly with the Purchaser from shortly after reservation on throughout the 2-year warranty period. You’ll manage customers’ expectations in respect of product, specification, warranties and particularly the construction process which will require working closely with the site, sales, and customer care teams to deliver a superior level of service and provide ongoing support and guidance.
The role will require the successful applicant to have a thorough understanding of the New Homes Sales and Customer Care procedures as you’ll be the first point of reference for all customer enquiries.
The role will be based in at Head Office in Buckinghamshire however, you'll be required to attend site visits and customer appointments across Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire therefore a driving licence is essential.
