We are currently working alongside our client, a privately owned new build social housing contractor, to recruit a Customer Care Manager to join their team.
The role would be managing the 12 month period after the properties are handed over to the client. This would involve assessing defects and managing and arranging subcontractors/maintenance to undertake repairs. The role would also involve holding an inspection at the end of the 12 months to sign properties off.
The successful candidate would have excellent Customer Care skills and ideally have worked on Social housing schemes previously.
The company's head office is based in Buckinghamshire with the patch of work covered being Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire touching up into Cambridgeshire and across to the Essex/Herts border.
Projects range in value from £3-10m.
