This is a brand new position of customer care manager with an award winning manufacturer of windows, doors and specialist glazing products servicing the New Build and Commercial sectors throughout the UK.
* Our client is an award winning employer looking to strengthen its customer service team with the appointment of a customer care manager. You will be in a customer services management position or heading up a customer care team currently.
* This is a truly exceptional opportunity to help further develop the structure of the business as it looks to continue its growth in the commercial and new build sectors of the window and door (fenestration) industry.
* An understanding of the construction industry or window and door and associated industries would be an advantage but not as essential as a proven background in customer care.
* As the customer care manager you would be managing a team of external engineers helping coordinate site visits by UK region and also have responsibility of a small dedicated team of customer care administrators.
