Their 'sweet-spot' in terms of project size is probably around the £2m to 15m mark, however they do have the capability of taking on projects in excess of 20m.
The Role
Our client are now looking to secure the services of a Contracts Manager for their Team based out of their office in Milton Keynes.
As a Contracts Manager you will be expected to manage multiple projects (anything up to 5 depending on size, complexity etc all at various stages) from tender stage right through pre-construction (offering advice to help put the master programme together, H&S plan, logistics plan, construction phase plan, offering input throughout design stages) through to managing the on site delivery (with dedicated teams of Project & Site Managers).
You will be one of the first points of contact for the professional teams and client, ensuring that everything is running to programme, to cost and to the quality expected.
We could look at existing Contracts Managers or current Project/Senior Project Managers who are looking to make a step up.
